December is the season ……for colds and flu! Yuck! Have you been sick this season yet? Or your kids? We are all about prevention in our family with lots of hand washing, eating well, getting rest, and building strong immune systems with supplementation to fill in the gaps. We still get sick from time to time, but it seems to come and go quickly which we are thankful for!
Here are a few of my favorites for myself and husband to share with you on our 12 Days of Christmas Specials that keep us healthy this season!
